Al-Ahleia executes turnkey-EPC projects for construction of 400KV/ 300KV / 132 KV/33KV/11 KV Primary Substations.
These substations incorporate equipment such as 300MVA/ 75MVA/ 30MVA Power Transformers, 250MVAR /45MVAR Shunt reactors, 1000KVA/ 250KVA Station Transformers, Neutral Grounding Resistors, 400KV/ 300KV / 132 KV/33KV Gas Insulated Switchgears, 11kV Double Busbar Vacuum Switchgear, associated Control & Relay Panels and Battery & Battery chargers.
These substations also involve installation of 132kV Oil Filled / XLPE Cables and their accessories, 11kV XLPE Power Cables and other LV Power and Control Cables. Electrical equipment are installed in single storey / two storey concrete building with basement and mezzanine floor.
Concrete building is equipped with necessary Air Conditioning, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm System, Small Power & Lighting Distribution Boards and Substation Earthing System. Al-Ahleia has complete range of test facilities for site testing and commissioning of these substations.

Maintenance of HV Substation
Al-Ahleia carries out maintenance of 132 kV/33kV/ 11kV substations to a high standard of workmanship .This work is carried out in accordance with electrical, environmental and safety rules and regulation.
Engineering Consultancy
Al-Ahleia provides the Engineering Consultancy for EPC projects. These projects includes: Electrical Power Transmission & Distribution Primary Substations and prefabricated/pre-engineered Packaged Substations up to 400kV systems. This involves overall design work of substation building and engineering, manufacturing/procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment, which goes in to these substations.

Al-Ahleia provides Engineering Services by carrying out analytical studies through team of Engineers who are experienced and specialized in ETAP software.
